AUTUMN VARIETY SHOW

7 pm - Performing Arts Center

A cross-section of Fine-Arts students will perform in a series of music, dance, scenes, monologues,

and etc in an evening of joyous entertainment. The event has become so popular we've added an extra performance.

Join us in this fundraising showcase of fun.


The Autumn Variety Auditions are open to anyone on campus.

Auditions will be on August 17th & 18th in the Black Box Theatre. The Audition form is below.

When the 1935 Dust Bowl batters the Texas Panhandle with drought, dirt, and devastation, the Loftin family is hit especially hard. Once the dust storms hit, the Loftins suffer devastating personal loss and eventually the loss of their farm. But where is hope to be found? A moment in American history sets the stage for this personal, immediate drama about finding purpose amid overwhelming disaster.

Someone is in enormous trouble for breaking the priceless heirloom vase in the Peterson living room. But who? Someone is lying. Well, probably everyone is pretty much lying. But the truth? The truth is more slippery... and it may involve more Nutella than you could possibly imagine.

THE ROGUES' GALLERY


Two hapless security guards must investigate who destroyed the 

art gallery's prize sculpture by the great D'Borah Ha-Uff. 

But every suspect caused mayhem that day. 

Whodunnit? 


Before the production, our audience will be treated to:


 An array of desserts from Mrs. Clark's Foods students

Musical entertainment by Mrs. Kalkan's Chorus students 

An art display from Mrs. Hauff's Art students. 


The play is directed by Mr. Higdon featuring his students.

Based on the Grimm Brothers’ most popular folktales, 

Into the Woods is a reimagining of what can happen when beloved fairytale characters 

are thrown together in increasingly dramatic and humorous ways.
